Are you happy that your horse will remain quiet and calm whilst tied up and handled by us, and whilst you stand where necessary 2m away?*

Our saddle fitters will be wearing a face mask and/or shield throughout the appointment and may require that you do the same. Are happy to wear a face covering if asked?*

We will limit touching your tack and equipment as far as is possible. Your tack (including saddle, stirrup leathers, girth and numnah or pad) must be cleaned with the appropriate products as per the manufacturer’s recommendation before our visit to allow the appointment to proceed. Can you confirm this will be done before our arrival?*

Has your horse previously shown behaviour under saddle which may cause harm to the rider, the horse, or others in the vicinity, or do you have reasonable concern about riding your horse during the appointment?*

Please note, if we feel that safety may be compromised by continuing with any part of the appointment that section will be omitted from the appointment. We will record any section of our process that could not be carried out and a full consultation fee will be applicable. Please confirm you are happy to proceed with an appointment based on this?*

Nutwell Saddlery will use the information you have provided to process your request to be contacted by us in regards to making a new booking or in relation to an existing booking already in place. The information submitted is necessary for us to be able to fulfil the service you have requested from us.

This information will be stored within your account with us. Should you decide not proceed with an appointment with us following submission of our online fitting form, your information will be securely destroyed after 1 month, or sooner if requested by you.
