From Junction 30 of the M5

1. Follow the signs to Exmouth and on the dual carriageway keep in the right-hand lane
2. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit sign posted to Exmouth
3. Carry along the dual carriageway and as you approach the next roundabout, keep in the right-hand lane and take the second exit toward Exmouth
4. At the next mini roundabout (The George and Dragon pub is on your right), take the first exit towards Exmouth
5. You will go through the villages of Ebford and Exton and then up the hill and past Lympstone Marine Camp on your right
6. After you’ve passed ‘The Toby Inn’ pub on your left, you need to take the next right, signposted to Lower Lympstone
7. The entrance to Nutwell Estate is on the right, at this junction – through the brick pillars that are at the top of the drive
8. At the fork in the drive, follow the drive to the right, until you reach the car park on the left
